The Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) has been established to ensure the forensic examination and testing of fertilizers, pesticides, food and drugs. We are seeking highly qualified and competent professionals to join our team. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment on a contract basis for an initial period of three (03) years (extendable). A candidate for appointment shall be legally eligible to work in Pakistan regardless of nationality. The positions and eligibility criteria are outlined below:
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Interested applicants should apply online through the link http://111.68.103.5/puts/ Applications other than Online will NOT be accepted by the PAFDA in any case.
2. The applicant WILL NOT be able to submit their applications online after the Closing Date because job portal link will be blocked on the closing date.
3. The advertisement can be viewed on www.pafda.gop.pk and www.pu.edu.pk
4. Applicants are advised to read all terms and conditions and instructions of the Advertisement carefully in order to submit their application online and make sure it should be complete in all respects.
5. The onus/responsibility of the correctness of the data given in the on-line application will rest absolutely on the Applicant.
6. Applications with incorrect information intentionally or unintentionally during online submission will be rejected without assigning any reason.
7. No TA. /DA will be given to the candidates called for a test/ interview.
8. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
9. The Experience against the applied post shall be considered as “Post Qualification Experience”. The Applicant must mention the relevant experience required for the post.
10. Already in service applicants should apply through the proper channel and submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority, showing that the department will have no objection to relieve if the applicant is selected.
11. The Applicant having a foreign degree, will have to submit the equivalence certificate issued from HEC, Islamabad.
12. The PAFDA reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of advertised posts or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
13. The applicants are required to pay an Application Processing Fee (non-refundable) Rs. 900/- before or on the closing date only through “Habib Bank Limited or UBL Challan Form” (automatically generated after successful submission of online application). Applications without processing fee and processing fee submitted through Postal Order/ Bank Draft will not be considered/ accepted in any case.
14. Candidates, who want to apply for more than one post, must apply separately and pay separate fee for each post. 15. PAFDA is an equal opportunity employer. Govt. quota will be observed as per policy.
