PAFDA Hosts Alumni from SDSB LUMS for Industry Engagement

The Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) welcomed a group of professionals from diverse sectors, including food, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and finance, who are alumni of the Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB), LUMS. The visit was aimed at providing industry professionals with insights into PAFDA’s role in ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple sectors.

During the visit, participants were given a comprehensive tour of PAFDA’s laboratory facilities and briefed on key testing systems and analytical processes. The engagement highlighted how science-based evaluation and regulatory frameworks support informed decision-making, strengthen industry practices, and contribute to safer and more reliable outcomes across supply chains.
